With over fifteen years of experience, ThinkWarrior delivers a personal development and resilience training programme that enables individuals to make sustainable changes to behaviour. They commissioned me to create their new bespoke branding for their 2023 launch.
ThinkWarrior is engaging in behavioural change and self-awareness so that their course attendees can explore their values and gain clarity around their career choices. However, their primary clients are the decision-makers within each corporate business – primarily HR Directors.
After our initial consultation, it was clear that ThinkWarrior needed a solid brand to give their end user, experienced high-performance professionals, a positive place to feel comfortable working on their personal and career development.
We explored and established a new core brand colour, Warrior Blue, to showcase its ethos but avoid styling, focusing on a ‘wellness’ and ‘holistic’ approach whilst keeping the heart of their brand vision – Warrior thinking.
Blue calls to mind feelings of calmness and relaxation. It is often described as peaceful, tranquil, secure, and orderly. It is seen as a sign of stability and reliability. Businesses that want to project an image of trust often use blue in their advertising and marketing.
Together we created a new brand style that primarily reflected their clients’ expectations, that being a brand in keeping with the feel of professional coaches but with the unique Warrior style already established through their other project, The WarriorProgramme.
Now, they have a complete collection of brand-ready files set up within a Brand Guideline file, ensuring that every colour, font, logo and icon is easy to use, understand and applicable at every stage. I loved working on this new brand and cannot wait to see it work hard for the fantastic programme.
